Current Ice Cream Flavours
Dingle Gin - Gin
Dingle Distillery provides the Gin that we use in our famous Gin ice cream. The 2019 world best gin winner is made right here in Dingle Co. Kerry. We take Dingle Gin and do a cold extraction, slowly and patiently over weeks to bring out the flavours of the Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed and Orange and Lemon peel, then the Gin is ready to be mixed with our delicious ice cream.
Smooth Chocolate - Seacláid
This exceptionally chocolatety flavour is made with 100% pure Valrhona Cocoa - arguably the best cocoa in the world!
Strawberry - Sú Talún
We use 'Sliabh Luachra strawberries' in our strawberry ice cream. Fifth-generation fruit grower, John O’Sullivan grows some of the juiciest and most fragrant strawberries in the whole of Ireland, grown right here in Co. Kerry.
Kieran's Cookies - Brioscaí
We make the cookies ourselves to get them just right. It took months of research and piles of cookie tasting.
Irish Brown Bread - Arán Donn
Our Brown bread is supplied by McCambridge’s. Once we have our bread it goes into the oven with muscovado sugar for 8 hours to caramelise, only then is it ready for our ice cream.
Honeycomb Caramel - Caramel
Our Honeycomb Caramel contains two different honeycomb pieces, which gives it both a melt in your mouth caramel, and a crunchy one.
Dark Chocolate - Sorbet Seacláid
Our ridiculously decadent chocolate sorbet is made with more than 1KG of Valrhona Guanaja 70% chocolate and 300gms of pure Valrhona 100% cocoa in each container of sorbet. It’s about as chocolatey as one could make it!
Dingle Sea Salt - Salann
Our best selling Sea Salt ice cream comes straight from the Atlantic Ocean, we make our own salt for this flavour, from Dingle sea water we collect at Bín Bán beach. Its filtered and boiled down and ready for our ice cream.
Butterscotch - Imreog
We’ve built this flavour from scratch to get a rich butterscotch flavour. It’s made with moscavado sugar, butter and salt.
Lemon Curd - Curd líomóide
We use Lemon Curd made by the award-winning preserves maker, G's Gourmet Jams. All their preserves are made fresh in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois. G's Gourmet Jams also make the Orange Marmalade, for our Orange Marmalade Ice Cream.
Irish Coffee - Caife Gaelach
